Riley's

Mr Riley came after a 2 week wait time, blamed everything on my water supply that has worked fine for 7 years. He suggested that I bypass the filters on my refrigerators and said I would hear back from them. 2 weeks later I had to call them for a response…he suggested I bypass the water filter…again. I cancelled future appointments and they sent me a bill for $165, nothing resolved. Both refrigerators still have the same problems. I tried to do business local with a small company, my mistake, I’ll never use them again. I called to discuss the bill and explain the situation to no resolve. Call someone else.

Mr Riley came to help when my fridge was holding at 51° - he was so polite, knowledgeable and professional while he worked to bring my refrigerator back to life.

Riley’s did a very professional job with fixing our appliance. It’s great to know that good customer service still exist! I would highly recommend them.

You won't find more knowledgeable, professional service in the area. They show up on time, get the job done, and don't give you the run around. I will only use Riley's if I need appliance repair.
