Today I had Dave (the second Dave) come to my house to clean my boiler and do the yearly cleaning. He was AMAZING! Very impressed with his knowledge, explained to me in a way that I could understand. He values his company, his a very good representative of Rinaldi. Very personable. Went above and beyond to help me deal with heating issues at my house. We have been using Rinaldi Energy for a while now and their oil deliveries are always on time. Very friendly staff in general. I recommend 100%

Rinaldi has been the best. We struggled to find a company that was interested in replacing our oil tank. We were either ghosted or given a “we’re not interested” price. Rinaldi had a fair quote in our hands and a new tank installed in no time at all. The work was performed on what turned out to be bitterly cold day, and our house never came close to freezing. Replacing an oil tank is a messy job and they left the house immaculate. Service has been fantastic. Prices & scheduling are very reasonable, and there are never any surprises. The techs are great people and take the time to explain how things work and what we should and shouldn’t worry about. We’re first-time homebuyers and it’s been a learning experience, but Rinaldi has done a lot to help us with that. Deliveries are always time

Rinaldi just installed a new boiler, water heater, and oil tank for me, and I can honestly say they made the whole process way less intimidating than I expected as a first-time homeowner. Karlee was super responsive and easy to work and scheduling was smooth and reliable. They helped coordinate my chimney inspection and subsequent repair all with a company they trust and recommend. Technicians Dave and Ronnie were both friendly, professional, and great at explaining everything without making me feel silly for asking a million questions. Highly recommend again and again. I could not be more pleased. Great communication, great service, knowledgeable staff and a suoer easy to use website. After 16 years with another supplier we were brushed off when we asked for a hard copy of costs for an oil tank replacement and so I started scoping out a new supplier deciding the former one did not care that we had spent nearly 16,000.00 dollars. Rinaldi has made set up easy, with quick receipts, email communication, and quick call backs. There are discount incentives and they even sent me a thank you card after becoming customers. Very happy!
