Was here Friday from 9pm to Saturday 1pm - during All-Star Weekend) paid $38. Appears safe, lots of cameras, well lit, single entrance, single exit, no issues for us. Garage spaces are almost impossibly small with these ridiculous large squares (see pictures) can't park too close because you won't be able to open your door, and you're parked very close to neighboring car. Lots of space used very poorly! Validated parking ONLY at restaurants in building. None of the website or two apps they tell you to download work for advance or current parking payments. Garage has single entrance on one-way street (left side) and gate closes after 8pm. No live agent nights or weekends (don't know when they are there because we didn't see anyone).
Free if you eat at Yank Sing, and generally very clean. Parking spots are very tight and it takes a while to maneuver into a parking space. The gate didn't open when we inserted our ticket which we validated minutes before, it took 10 minutes to get someone to open the gate for us. I probably won't park there again.
On the weekend the fee is just 10$ per day!!! Which is great price for San Francisco. The only thing is that the parking spots are really narrow and they used the minimum possible standards measurement to build that. For some large cars like mine, Nissan Rouge, it is challenging to pull out the car when the parking is full.
I came for work, this was recommended by my hotel. Every spot on the ground floor was reserved, and I could not fit in the public section. I had to do an Austin Powers style turn around, and was charged $3.00 upon exit. Seems like a cool place to park otherwise. 6' 6" max height on the public part.
Went after almost everything inside closed. Amazing architecture and well built. Enjoyed our secluded evening time.
