We called Shaun after I fell down our WHITE THICK carpeted stairs and spilled coffee everywhere. We had already tried cleaning with our shampooer and multiple products with no success. Shaun responded quickly, to our relief. We also had several stains from our animals that previous professional carpet cleaners (we had tried 2 different companies) were unable to lift from our carpet. Shaun not only did it with ease, but was so knowledgeable and gave us the inside scoop on what to do vs what not to do. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Recently got 3 rooms cleaned, I highly recommend Shaun he is on time, professional and efficient. He took the time to make sure my carpets were almost completely dry before he left (since I told him I have a lot of traffic through my house daily)!
