Ring's End

Today I went in for a few things. The front counter gentlemen ran the order incorrect not applying the correct amount of items needed. I then went to the yard where another gentlemen came and looked at the receipt and helped me gather everything. Stopped at load check and the guy made me feel like I was trying to get away with something sneaky. First impression is last impression. Too bad I like to leave good reviews. But am honest with my experience and was not satisfied with this location.

Doing a job 2 mi away. They had everything I need. There's nothing else around for five miles. They have a little bit of everything. Plumbing electrical definitely carpentry. Trim work framing concrete One-Stop shopping.

All the staff here is fantastic. I was looking for a luxury finish for my walls and was dreading having to order it from California or even worse Australia and wait to finish my masterbath remodel. Luckily, it came up on their website IN STOCK! So I ran down on Monday and grabbed the Lime wash for my bathroom. It’s exactly what I was looking for and I feel like I’m going to the spa each time I walk in. Pros: hard to find items in stock Cons: expensive but worth not waiting for weeks to complete a project detail I’ll be back!

3/31/22- Thank you to the sales/counter lady who waited on me @ Ring's End in Madison today! Very much appreciated her kindness with replacing my key battery. And another thank you goes to Jim, in the lumber yard, he's always so helpful & knowledgeable. Always appreciate his assistance.

Recommend! I’ve been going here for many years and usually have a good experience. I can appreciate that it’s local to me and the pricing is a little higher than a big box store but I’m okay with that since it’s much closer to home. The indoor staff is great from paint to checkout and more. While the outdoor staff is good but you have to seek them out sometimes to get so assistance. I also seem to catch them at the end of the day so, could just be tired from being busy all day.
