Ring's End

Had a problem with our slider, my carpenter called rings end to set up a factory tech to look at it, Tim J. Came and took care of it! Great service . Opens and closes like it was supposed to. And my carpenter is a well qualified installer. It’s better to get bees with honey than it is with vinegar! Great job Rings End . You have a great employee!

Great lumber and hardware store. It was my first visit and I found everyone helpful. They helped me quickly find what I needed; they were the only store that stocked the railing profile I was looking for. I hope to visit again for future projects!

The guy in the yard, the guy in the booth, and the guy at the front desk were very nice and represented the company well. That was the end of my experience and it ended on a good note. The beginning was different. The guy on the phone was rude and rushed me off. I don't have much experience w lumber of any sort so I had to call twice which seemed to annoy the person I spoke with both times. Then in the store one of the sales reps was also rude and sent me to the wrong shed looking for the material I was after, hope that was just a mistake. The reps all seemed to have a bad attitude , opposite of the yard guys though who were all very kind and down to earth

Rings End delivered over and over! Honored an old quote, made 2 deliveries to my “out in the sticks” place. Even met me to process my return for material I didn’t use. Doug and Ed were great and I can’t wait for the next project!
