I own a home in a remote area. In the last five years we have experienced increasing number and duration of power outages, most concerning during the winter months. Rinker worked with me on a solution that met our needs and fit our budget. They patiently answered all our questions, and one year in our combination of battery backup and small auxiliary generator solution has exceeded our expectations. I recently retired as a manager in a factory with complex heavy duty electrical requirements. I can testify that the quality of materials used, workmanship and technicians meet or exceed any I have seen. I highly recommend Rinker Electric.

We had Rinker install a house generator a few days ago and can’t believe how smooth the entire process was from the initial call to set up an estimate, to all of our questions answered in a timely manner, to the financing, right down to the installation. Their customer service was so professional and they always responded immediately. The crew who installed our generator were just as professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Best decision I ever made was following up on a referral from a co- worker who installed a Whole house Generator. Had my Generator installed by Rinker Inc. who were honest,reasonably priced and professional throughout the installed. Never had an issue with working with Rinker. Have several referrals to others who were very pleased with Rinker Inc. .Have had other Electric needs addressed and very satisfied with their services ! A very reputable company to work with.

From the first visits by Josh & Eric, through to the entire team, including ductless installs, back-up generator, propane tanks, tankless hot water system, and exterior lights upgrades, Rinker has done it all for us. Every member of the team was exceptionally courteous and professional. We were unfamiliar with many of the new pieces of equipment, but everything was explained and all of our questions were answered. No question was too small. The entire team treated our home like it was theirs. While everyone was amazing, Lee went out of his way too help us with the propane services! He also took the time to repair our propane fireplace and showed us why our current setup was great, and we didn’t need to go out and buy a new one, which saved us several thousand dollars. They have very reasonable prices, show up when they say they will, complete all repairs ably, remind me when I need service, and have maintained their pricing structure for the past few years. The service techs are very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend !!!
