Great experience with Rio Roofing from the initial quote all the way through the completed work. Communication with the company was clear and professional throughout the process. We had a leak into the garage during rain, and they quickly found the issue and fixed it. Robert handled the main repair, applying a urethane coating around the edges of the rooftop deck, and did excellent, thorough work. We’ve had several rains since the repair and have had no issues and no sign of any leaking. The crew also sealed a few gutter areas at no extra charge, which was much appreciated. 5 stars isn't enough! Rio Roofing went above and beyond to help us in a really tight deadline we had to have done to move into a new home. From the initial call to completion, Rio was so great to work with. Bryce took my initial call and was my go to the whole process. She understood the time crunch we were in and probably did way more than her job requires her to do to help us. She kept me in the loop on everything, pushed hard, and worked for us to get get an inspection and repairs done in just a couple days with that including the weekend. We were being quite pushy and desperate and Bryce was always so nice and understanding. They told us it could be done and they did it. We are absolutely delighted that John arrived to check our roof. The troubleshooting, estimate and follow up were beyond expectations, as we faced an uncertain source of a leak. John was prompt with communication via text, appointments were kept, final cause of leak was ultimately repaired using a plumber. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I was, how honestly & transparently Rio Roofing treated us, keeping expense to a minimum. They will continue to be our choice for any further roofing needs.
