Ken installed 2 windows and 2 ceiling exhaust fans for me. I was impressed with the care he took to make sure everything was square and plum. I was very pleased with the finish work on the windows, both inside and outside. He was meticulous about making sure everything was weather tight and looked good. He gave me good advice on other parts of my project which I appreciated. I highly recommend Rio Verde Handyman for any home repair or remodeling project.

Ken assisted me with repairing the main garage wall, sheetrock, sanding, as well as painting it. We decided to chan ge the color from white for all the garage to one red accent wall and he overdelivered. He was in phone and text contact with me, explained hoow long the process will take and its stages, and was here always on time. Kept the work site very clean and cleaned everything once done, too. He is a very nice and kind person, too. Highly recommending him for your repair needs and I will be using his services again!

Ken Schmidt was amazing. He reinstalled the complicated blinds on all the windows in the house. We enjoyed his professionalism, his calm and efficient approach, his nice and respectful presence. If we need anything else done, we are going to ask him again.
