We had countertops installed last year and have recently noticed a developing crack. When I contacted the installer about a possible warranty, they initially responded but abruptly hung up when I began to describe the issue. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, all our phone calls are ignored. We have reported this issue about Juan Rios to the Better Business Bureau.
