We have been so happy with Rios Cleaning Service . We are a very busy family with three kids , and we do not have a ton of time . Rios comes every other week to our house to keep things under control . We had tried three other cleaning services that did not work for us . Rios has been by far the best. We are always satisfied with their service .

I have used Rios cleaning in Washington DC for a few years and I must say that I was mostly satisfied with their services. Regrettably, I have been very disappointed by the last couple of interactions with the cleaning crew, particularly when I came home to find heavy mop marks on the wooden floor of my apartment, which clearly indicated a rushed cleaning. I complained with the crew and asked them to come back to complete the $150 job I had paid for. I had to follow up twice to get a response blaming the products that were used. I believe the response showed poor customer service. I am happy that I found another service provider that, so far, is doing a much better job and for less!
