I purchased a dump truck recently and I made the mistake of not flying in and test driving truck. I took Barbra and Roberts word that the truck was ready to go to work. Had it shipped to me and transmission gave me problems on first day of work. Robert requested I took it to shop to resolve issue. Truck ended up needing transmission. I missed a month of work trying to get it straightened out. They also sent me the truck with out oil, or air filters being changed. They did honor the repair bill. But spending 98k on a 2022 Truck, and missing a month of work was not how I planned on doing business. Make sure and go see equipment for yourself!!

I have a Construcion company I buy my concrete and all my equipment from Rios. Barbara and Robert are great they go out of there way to help. I have bought 1 concrete boom pump and smaller pumps also a concrete truck mixer. I won't lie ive had issues with a couple of my pumps and they took care of it right away I understand since they are used equipment. I highly recommend them for all your concrete needs. Thank you
