I hired Rios Electric to install an outdoor hardwired EV charging station at my home after purchasing an EV. My experience was a very positive one. The communication with the business owner was excellent from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me as I had zero knowledge of the process and had a lot of questions. He gave me several installation options and was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. The workers that completed the project were professional and courteous and very nice. Electric in a small house on my property went out. I tried to turn on from the main house and nothing happened. I called Rios and they were there within an hour. Technicians showed me how to pull the switch over more than I did and the electric went right on. They were great. So I asked them to give me an estimate sometime to upgrade electric in the Small house. They spent a half hour taking measurements and videos of everything! I plan to get a few estimates before I decide to do anything in the Spring!
