Used them for my AHS insurance and the tech told me he’d write up the repair quote and he would be back to fix my issues. Then, after he left, closed my service ticket. I reopened my ticket thinking initially he accidentally closed it based off his conversation to my son and I. I get a call from my AHS insurance saying he told them it was a preexisting condition… I just moved in Sept 20, even if it was preexisting I wasn’t aware until I got into my house and started using things. Now I can’t get help at all from my insurance based on his lack of ability to be truthful and honest. I will NEVER recommend this company. I lost electric in part of my living room and could not figure it out on my own. Called Rippeon on a referral from a friend. They scheduled an appointment for the next day but the electrician was passing by our way so they called and asked if we minded if they stopped early. They fixed our issue and the bill was very inexpensive compared to anyone else I have dealt with. Job was finished within 6 hours after we had very 1st called. The electrician was very polite and professional. We will call here 1st from now on for any electrical or HVAC needs!

Rippeon repaired an outlet for us and we were very pleased with their diagnostic skill. They were professional, very responsive, and super pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with the finished product.

Don't use this company. Very unprofessional. Will give you a cost, send you a bill for double. Then tell you people that don't pay, they send his brother (that just got out of jail) to cut lines. Then, you pay the agreed upon amount and they call you threatening you, calling you obscene names and telling you they will be sending you a bill and turning you into the city and court.
