Nice employees for pickup and delivery. However the backing is tight and opposite side backing . Tight space for maneuvering truck and trailer.

Hard to back in ( blind spot )and harder to get out . Unloading took 7 hours plz avoid this place is not easy at all the customer service guy in front desk. He is really really rude. He don’t care about Driver. He don’t have respect. Even his crash, my trailer he said I’m not scratch it but the piece of wood I found his dock. This company they need to fix it in front big whole I drove all over USA in 20 yrs I never seen like this place the guy wark over there anly he play with his pone he is very lazy the company plz Watch him his name is Corey Spaulding

Had a 8am apt, checked in at 745am, empty at 820am. Its very tricky backing in, have to blind side.. its tricker getting out, you have to pull uo, then back up all the way to the fence like to make the turn.

Not a bad place only rating 2 cause tight backing space you have to do blind side , and when getting out might as well just back your way out to the road where you can turn cause getting out is more harder then backing up just have that in mind .

Take into account, their website states they open @7am. They don't open until 730. They were awesome to take care of my needs @7 this morning. So just remember..730. Normally if Matt the warehouse manager is there, he will take care of you.
