We had a great experience with Rising Service and getting our washing machine fixed. Appointment was easy to book and they were timely. Daniel was very professional and completed the work quickly. He came ready with parts knowing what the issue was. He was super informative and kind too. I see some complaints about the person who answers the phone- I personally had a great experience with her. I wonder if language is sometimes a barrier and maybe it’s not a great excuse to come off as rude, but sometimes it can happen. Regardless, the service itself was great and the price was reasonable.

I am most frustrated with this company. In March, they came and assessed my LG Fridge with inverted compressor and determined that the compressor needed to be repaired which LG covered compressors but I was out of warranty so I had to cover the service. Then 3 months later they tell me the compressor was no good and had to replace it again. Then 3 weeks ago, they were back again and determined that it was the dryer. Today, they damn near took the fridge apart and determined it was a gas leak and wanted to charge almost $500 to correct it. This exceeds LG's repair program of a flat fee of $399 which I should have done from the beginning because I felt like they were rebuilding the fridge. The lady on the phone was not really kind when I first called for service so decided to call another provider. She wouldn't even take my LG case number and she got really annoyed when I asked a few questions. She is scary.

A five-star experience. My LG 65' TV screen developed a vertical line. I called LG who had Rising Serivces Solution contact me. They sent a tech, Bryan, to my apartment. Bryan, who was on time, knowledgeable and personable replaced the screen in about 20-minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend both LG and Rising services Solutions Inc. TF
