If i could give 10 stars I would! So far working with Rising Sun Pools has been fantastic. From the first consultation to the dig date, the entire team has been on communicative and responsive to any questions. The investment of a pool can be very overwhelming, this was not our feeling while working with Rising Sun. Any permitting questions …. BOOM… they either answered or handled for me. I have had my pool for nearly 5 years now, and the planning, construction, and installation all went so smoothly. What makes me come back and give a review is the fact that the people and customer service I have received over the years have been 100%, top notch. Whether it helping me with small issues, troubleshooting electronics I am not familiar with, analyzing samples and adjusting my water in my pool, I have always had a great experience. There were always there! This is a locally owned business that has been around for a long time, for a reason. I support local business, and this is one that I am proud to write a review for. They have always been there to support me. The price is very reasonable and the service was exceptional . Thank you so much for being a great business.

Five star Customer Service for Rising Sun Pools for my Inground Lagoon Pool. My husband & I researched and read all reviews for all the pool companies in the area. We actually was deciding on signing a contract with 2 other companies on 04/01/2019 until some friends and neighbors had some horrible experiences with them both and they couldn't have our pool up and running by July 4th. We contacted Rising Sun Pools on 04/19/2019 and they had the sales rep Chip call us asap- he came out to our home did a survey of our property, discussed what we wanted- we met at the store chose our options, he went over the proposal and gave us a dig date for 05/06 we was out of town that week asked for a later date he gave us 05/13/2019. We was all to surprised at the great service that was offered & provide

UPDATE: May 18, 2021: Rrestarted service this year and what a mess. 3 visits and still the pool is not clean and issues are not addressed. I have attached pics from the last two cleanings. Bottom line: Inconsistent service and communication. RSP generally sends a service report after maintenance. In 3 service visits, not one was sent. I have emailed about the issues with little to no effort from RSP to address the issues. In 2020:, we have spent $5800 in maintenance and service repairs, which included a sand filter change, a freeze protection timer, liner lock gasket installation and heater repair. Techs come out and do not go the extra mile to put back in the liner lock or to even review the requests on the maintenance agreement (such as vaccuum the pool using the skimmer baskets
