Rite Fire Burner Service

Joe showed up within an hour of my call, no heat with 12 degree weather. Our home was at 61 degrees when we realized the burner stopped working. We have 2 toddlers that were scared and cold as the temperature dropped. Anyway, Joe came and within minutes knew it was our igniter. When he replaced it, he said the old one was from 2014. Joe performed much needed maintenance and had us up and running in a short time. He was professional and efficient in getting the job done. He even had to come back just a short time later for something not related to the work done. Just like the first time, he came in and diagnosed the problem within a short time and got busy at solving the problem. Truly felt like Joe cared, and was very empathetic about our concerns. Since you insist on lying in your response to my review I will just have to respond here and say that you’re lying. Nobody “demanded” to pay $1700. I didn’t even come in proximity with you that night. I was talking to my husband and you overheard. If you’d like, I can attach my ring video that’s in the basement but your response and your made up details come pretty close. Classless and a horrible attempt at justifying your inexcusably atrocious work. You calling my husband and asking him to beg me to take my review down instead of offering a resolution… you should talk less. Good , honest service . Knowledgeable , friendly. We had called the owner very, very early in the morning , as we found our oil burner was not working and the house was getting increasingly cold ( it was 14 degrees outside) . He called us back shortly and we were able to figure out what the problem was. I would highly recommend them , hands down.

Heat went out late last night , called Nick and even on a holiday late at night he made the service call . Was able to diagnose and repair the problem. Nick is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, great winter service on boiler then had a leaking central AC unit in the summer and he told me the first 2 steps to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and it worked and he didn’t charge me a dime! Normally companies would come out and charge 100’s of dollars to do a simple fix but Nick was honest with great integrity and helped me fix the minor problem myself on the phone and wouldn’t accept any form of payment or tips! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION
