Be very wary of this company. My home warranty provider sent them out to my house to replace the air conditioner and it was a fiasco from the start. They came out at least six times and they weren't on time for any of them. Often hours late and not as much as a courtesy call to let meet know. It took weeks to get my new unit and I called my warranty company over and over. Each time I was told they still hadn't received the information required from Rite Temp. After they installed my new unit it kept turning itself off. I reached out to Rite Temp to tell them this and they did not return my calls or texts. Fortunately my warranty company had someone else come out and replace the board that controls the entire system. The worst part was that they told me I needed to have $3500 in duct wor

My air conditioner has been broken since the end of February. My warranty company has sent 2 other companies out and the whole outside unit had been replaced. The last company came through 9 separate times with different diagnoses, made me pay thousands out of pocket for what the warranty company wouldn’t pay, and took over 2 hot months to get the air fixed…temporarily. If I could give zero reviews and still be able to comment, I would do that. I’ve waited months and months for a thermostat. Brave the Georgia heat wave and for today 5 August 2025 it’s pouring down raining for the technician to come out take my thermostat off and not even put the thermostat on that. I waited months for. For him to tell first American home warranty that it is normal wear and tear. You told them all of that, but you did not tell them how you said “ y’all got me messed up. I’m not doing this shit.
