I have not chosen to use Home Smart even though I thought the Kohler product was wonderful. The rep came to my home and we spent an hour going over information and finishes. No prices had been discussed as of yet. I was then handed a paper explaining that I would have to commit that day to get the best price. The rational was that the rep would only have to come once. It was shown to me in memo form addressed to the employees. As a teacher, I taught a unit on propaganda techniques, so this put me on alert. I was then given a price of $26,000 for just a bath to shower replacement. It then came down to $24,000. Suddenly there were all kinds of discounts down to $19,000. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because, after doing some research, I came to realize our salesman did not do a complete and thorough job of demonstrating and revealing all product options available to us. I love our new step-in shower, but, had I known, I definitely would’ve have gone with a color, as opposed to white. And I would’ve added a shower seat. He didn’t even offer these options to us. Our installers, Sam and Alyssa, were superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. And the job was extremely well done and complete and thorough. They were both extremely hard working, detail oriented, and conscientious of their work. And they cleaned after finishing the work.

We had our existing custom shower replaced with a Kohler LuxStone shower and it looks fantastic! Our salesperson, David, was great. The installers were quick and efficient and left our home immaculate. We are very happy with our new shower!

We used HomeSmart for a tub to shower conversion. From start to finish we were impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism of this company. Our sales person, Whitney, was personable and clearly interested in making sure we would be satisfied with the product. She took multiple measurements of the tub and bathroom, provided us with several options, and helped us visualize what our new shower would look like.
