If I could give this company zero stars, I definitely would!! This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. It took me nearly 2 weeks of calling and leaving voicemails for someone to finally reach out to me pertaining to The warranty coverage on my Flooring. I actually had to call the Corporate customer service line to finally get a response and even then it was three or four days later. They sent a guy named Randy out to my house who spent maybe five or 10 minutes taking pictures of the damage that was on February 19th. He said I should be hearing back from someone within a couple of days. Well, it is now March 3 and still no one has reached out.

Jerry was easy to work with and very informative. Carpet is quality and installers did great.

Bolot & Bator was my flooring guys on an LVT instal, they were great. Solve unforseen problems with ease and quickness 10/10 guys

It’s amazing how bad the Cincinnati division is compared to the Indianapolis division. I’m a property manager and they quoted us one price then invoiced us a higher price. I called, emailed and even FAXED them over ten times to get this fixed and NO ONE would get back to me on the matter. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service. They’re just one big headache!

Towne Properties used this company to tear out and install new flooring in our townhouse. They scratched and damaged our brand new $3800 washer and dryer pair, but refuse any liability because their flooring guys said they didn't floor in our laundry room. They floored up to the front of the washer and dryer in the laundry room/ bathroom. Never and I mean never use this company. They don't care about return business, so no problem, they won't have any.
