Closed on our new built home June 2024, build by Dan Ryan Homes. LVP began chipping and peeling where the plank connects within 13 months of living in the home. Riterug only offers 1 year warranty and has denied repairs or replacing due to a long list of things to not do. My home is well maintenance and groomed. I have live in apartments, rental homes, and also have bought a couple of homes and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with any of the flooring. All throughout the home the LVP is bouncy and lifting. Considering taking out a 30 year mortgage on a new build home and face to rip all the LVP flooring up due to poor installation. Natalie was great to work with in getting an estimate and purchase for our carpet installation! She listened to our needs and brought carpet samples to choose from. She explained the process, set a date for our installation and the actual installation was completed in less than a day. The installation workers were great, too! I would recommend using this company.

They were prompt, professional and on time! They also worked so effectively and got done under 3 hours! I’d definitely utilize them again!!

Flooring was installed in our new home and began failing right after the 1 year warranty, which is unacceptable for new construction install. The issues have now reached the point where we have to hire another company to replace sections of the floor and possibly throughout the whole house. Based on experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointed in the work done.

Update: I submitted pics and information as instructed below, on the same day. I still haven't received feedback on how they are going to address my concerns. Delays beyond what is reasonable. 4 day job ended up being 10 days with moving back into the house on Christmas Day with two elementary age kids after being constantly assured they’ll be done long before Christmas. Delays were due to orders not being placed on time, stair treads short ordered, miscommunication between sales and the installation team, 2 of the 3 man team off sick. Other issues experienced is that the installer couldn’t speak any English and we had to communicate via google translate. 1 day before the carpet was to be installed we were told it’s actually out of stock and that we can choose another color from a picture
