Riteway Construction Services

Riteway did some roof repairs and interior renovation work for my parents' home. Mr. Hamiter and his crew were courteous, responsive and kept us informed of their progress. The work was done well and very reasonably priced. There was an issue with some of the interior painting (mostly due to weather conditions at the time) and they were very good about coming back and making it right. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again on our home.

I don't like paying people to do good work only to find issues that prematurely and unexpectedly arise due to shoddy craftsmanship. Mr. Hamiter, I am sorry to say Riteway Construction Services is no exception. I intended to employ your services many more times, but no longer. I paid your asking price without squabble. I paid you money that spent just fine. Should not the work you represent be completed just as fine? RESPONSE TO OWNER: Charlie is aware of our being unhappy. I have estimates, bills and cleared checks to Riteway Construction. Charlie attempted many times over five years to remedy leaks at 2 locations that Riteway replaced roofs on. Eventually, Charlie claimed nothing was wrong and stopped responding to my calls. I suppose the warranty was out by that point but they both leak

Four years ago I remodeled my hallway bathroom. I grew up in the construction business and I'm particular about workmanship quality and price. Many contractors won't work for me because I don't let things slide and know many of the tricks they use to make more money. I installed a flashing for a bathroom fan vent that turned out to not be rated for the lower slope of my roof and it leaked. The manufacture paid me to have it replaced. Riteway Construction was recommended to me by a friend. Charley Hamiter was kind and frank about what was needed. He did the repairs quickly for a fair price. He even offered to allow me to withhold payment for one year to obtain proof of repair prior to payment. I found that very generous and payed him after the job was complete and it rained hard a couple of

Outstanding company! Mr. Hammiter has done 2 roofs for me(both hail damaged) and I was unable to find any flaws. I went over the yard with a magnet and didn't find a single nail!! I recommend his services without reservation.

Great work at a good price, I've had Charlie do various jobs on the house, roofing and windows etc and his crew does a great job. I always recommend Charlie to friends and family for any sort of home/construction jobs.
