I was connected with their technician Mike and he was wonderful! I called on Labor Day and wasn’t expecting anyone to be able to come out due to the holiday but Mike was at my house within an hour. My AC unit was blowing out hot air and he was able to fix the problem in under two hours. It’s been about a week now and my AC has never worked better. I will be recommending Ritz Cooling to all my friends and family!

I have 3, 20 ton units that went out, Mike came over fixed it, cleaned up the systems, put in new filters diagnosed the issues also replaced the compressor in 2 of the units right away.
