He was very patient with us when we were making our decision and even brought samples to our home and laid out some pieces helping us solidify our final decision between the two we couldn’t choose between. I highly recommend Rivecca Flooring! I shopped around for a company to stretch the carpeting in my house and found the customer service at Rivecca’s far outweighed the others. Corey is kind, respectful, and dedicated to giving an accurate assessment and quote. The cost fell in line with other estimates, but the personalization was above and beyond. The team arrived on time, protected wood walkways, and gave thoughtful consideration to moving furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently, yet did not skimp on quality. From Corey's initial visit to scope out the job and any unique details that had to be addressed, through the four days of effort for him and Dave, and finishing with cleaning the site and packing their gear, they were great to work with, professional in all respects, and obviously masters of their trade. Our floors look fantastic. They kept the house shockingly clean and finished a day early. The owner is naturally polite and listens very well. Answers calls and texts right away communicates very clearly. I don't typically recommend anyone but this one is really worth it.

I had an excellent experience with Riveccas flooring. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They were able to get me in quickly, were very courteous, and worked efficiently. The carpet looks absolutely beautiful — the seams are flawless and the finish around the edges is perfect. They cleaned up everything before leaving and made sure I was completely satisfied.
