STAY AWAY! HUGE RIPOFF! Due to confusing signage, we paid $25 on entry thinking we would scan our ticket when leaving, to raise the bar. When we returned after 90 minutes, I scanned the ticket at the gate and it asked for another $25! I hit the help button and spoke to the attendant who said that our initial payment was premature and was only good for 15 minutes from time of payment. She didn't care that we had already paid $25, and said we couldn't get any credit, and would have to pay another $25 to leave. $50 for 90 minutes of parking.

I parked here on Oct 19, 2025 and all the signs in the garage said to pay in the Elevator Lobby 1 before you leave. So I did, and assumed I wouldn’t need my ticket anymore but did have the receipt. I didn’t throw the ticket away but I lost track of it (got buried somewhere in my bag), and found upon exiting that I had to scan the actual ticket to get out. This should be made more clear, because all the signs indicate you need to pay in the lobby and I didn’t see anything that said to hold onto your ticket after that. Anyways, I pressed the attendant button and the attendant let me out of the garage without making me pay again due to the lost ticket. Very grateful for that because they could’ve forced me to pay again - definitely deserves a five star review. I do recommend making it clear t

There is no price sign at the entrance, but there is no way out especially when cars are waiting to enter. It's insance to pay $25 for 0 to 2 hours. Interestingly, I saw $20 parking outside and it's a flat parking. Overall, I won't recommend here because you pay more, need to use kiosk way out, and wait for a long line to leave due to the “worst” design of scanning the ticket.

Once we finally were able to park due to road closures, it was great! We even watched the New Year's Eve fireworks from the level we were parked on!

Good convenient parking for downtown and the Riverwalk. Very expensive. I’ve uploaded a screenshot of their pricing as per Oct 2018 as nobody seems to know the updated rates. Top two floors belong to the Hilton Palacio Del Rio’s valet staff, and they’re very strict. As photographers, we were utilizing the top floor for skyline shots at dusk (having parked at the highest public level (6) and used the stairs to access the top Hilton floors), and we got ran off by a security guard who told us the top two floors were “private property”. If we had been huffing paint or shooting up I could’ve understood, but we were two freezing, bundled up photographers with tripods and a small brown (now graying) and terrified dog in tow.
