River Birch Landscape Design

We just had the most beautiful backyard patio designed and constructed by River Birch Landscaping. Chris and his guys are all a joy to work with. Chris worked with us to design the patio to our specifications. His design work was so impressive that we decided to continue to use him for the patio installation. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted, but at the same time adding and delaying elements to fit our current budget. He worked with the township to get all required permits, and once the work started, his guys were so great - they showed up on time, everyday, every single day that the temperature was above freezing through the cold winter months, and got our patio spring ready for us. We just cant say enough good things about the work ethics of the team - simply the best!

Chris and his team did an absolutely stunning job on our property. They did a complete redesign and overhaul of all of the landscaping, created a natural stone wall border around the house, installed added drainage, and added a beautiful natural stone walkway up to our entrance. They even did all the lights. Chris worked with us to make sure that what we got was exactly what we envisioned, and met every challenge we presented with options to meet our needs. Every step from initial drawings to 3D renderings, to the final results exceeded our expectations. Great customer service. Expert and conscientious crew. I'll make it simple. I found River Birch landscaping on Google. We met in June of 2021. I was planning an inground pool installation for 2022. My backyard has about a six degree slope down from the house. Chris produced a layout. My wife and I picked the pavers. He took this and turned it into this. I travel for a living, so I wasn't always around. Plus, I tend to ask many questions and do daily inspections at the end of the day. It's the Marine in me to do the inspections. Chris is an impeccable person. Awesome communications skills with progress and any issues during the project. He is always ontop of the project. We had some communications at 6:00AM. We called Chris who owns River Birch for a consultation for our shady backyard which had been trampled by our new, large dog. It was always hard to keep grass growing because of our many large trees and we now had a muddy mess. Chris came up with a design that took that into account, as well as a way to address the ponding of rain water and our interest in a low maintenance solution. The results are beyond our wildest dreams. We now have a flagstone walking path that meanders through the shady areas, with many native plants and trees. The crew also laid down a new brick pathway from our new deck to the driveway using the old bricks from our previous patio. The workmanship of a walkway, patio extension, and fire pit was excellent, and the installation of several trees was perfect.
