River Center West Parking Garage

We were unable to find handicapped spots. There was 1 elevator for this garage and it barely worked. I first tried and paid for parking thru Stub Hub who transferred me to a 3rd party. It cost $28.00 and I couldn’t get a refund. It was blocks away.The River Center garage was only $11 and was closest, well lit. There were plenty people walking at the time. We felt safe

Only allowed to enter garage from City Hall side of St. Louis St. If coming from Government, you have to go down St. Louis and make a U-turn to enter garage. Despite having an event, only one lane was open until 5 minutes before start of event even if you prepaid online. Cost only $10 to pay on site but $11 online.

Use this parking garage for the kill Tony show it was very spacious had more than enough parking places It was very clean as well

Convenient but..... Spaces are small. Price is over priced for a parking spot. What a racket... And no one ever understands how to exit the garage. Traffic jam for an hour trying to get out after the hockey game.

They only accept cash, despite no signage saying that upon entry, and the stairwells reek of human waste.
