River City Appliance and Home

My washer (less than 10 years old) up and quit last night. Despite jumping through all the hoops YouTube prescribed to recalibrate it, nothing worked. Went to River City Appliances shortly after they opened and Tonya got me hooked up with a new washer. My daughter has always gotten great deals so like daughter like mother.

I went here yesterday honestly and defeat of looking at appliances at other stores. I had been without a dishwasher for almost a year now and was finally in a place to where I could purchase one The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and a price I could afford and even offered installation delivery and removing my old dishwasher for under $500 The woman who works there was so incredibly sweet to me and even accepted a hug from me once I realized that everything was going to work out for me Their installation tech was also incredibly kind and personable and fast. They showed up today and had it installed and running in less than an hour. I'm so pleased with how everything turned out and I'm highly recommending them to anybody that will listen and maybe even grouchy

Bought my washer and dryer from here and had a great experience then. I reached out to them yesterday as my dryer was no longer working. Within less than 24 hours my dryer was repaired. They went out of there way to make sure I was up and running. I am a forever customer!

Absolutely wonderful service! They were so kind and efficient with not only removing our old washer and dryer units, but getting the new ones installed. They were careful as they brought the items in and out to ensure no damage to the units or our home. I’d recommend them over and over!

Excellent selection, prices, and customer service. Very reasonable installation fees and they service what they sell. They are to quick to respond and fix any issues. Highly recommend!
