The process from start to finish for my family was great. When I initially called to inquire about floors Stephanie picked up the phone and answered all my questions. We were also impressed by how modern and succinct their showroom was with the flooring options displayed and actual samples available. Stephanie answered all of our questions about the floors and options. She was also able to give us a general estimate and schedule an actual estimate at our house. I cannot say enough awesome things about Jordan and his team!! From the start of setting the inital appointment, coming to the house to provide a quote, to the completion of the project everyone was pleasant and professional. Oscar went above and beyond by taking the new baseboards into the kitchen (where there was no new flooring going down) just to make the transition look perfect. This is my second time using River City Flooring and they did not dissapoint either time. They always provided amazing product, excellent customer service and quality installation!!
