After deciding to build a 650+ sq ft addition onto my 100year old cottage in San Marco, I found such a person in Mike Braniff of River City General Contractors Inc. From start to finish Mike was readily available for questions, and communication was never an issue. Potential cost overruns were discussed before they took place and money saving options were offered at various times during the project.
