River City Handyman Services

River City Handyman Services has been providing me outstanding service for almost 2 years now. He has probably helped me on 10 occasions with home repairs. Always punctual and efficient, Tim follows through and gets the job done. He seems to know how to fix everything, roof leaks, installation of light fixtures/ceiling fan/garbage disposer/hose holder, weatherproofing my door, just to name a few things. I feel fortunate to be his customer.

Tim and I have worked together for about 4-5 years now. He is competent, professional, personable, trustworthy, and cares about his clients. He’s likable and prompt and thinks outside box to discover simpler solutions to my problems. He often sees things that I don’t see. “If you hang that mirror, then…” I’m thoroughly impressed with his work and have referred him around the neighborhood to several friends and neighbors. I wish him and his family well and thank him for his excellent care of my home.

Our experience with Tim was a delight. He was flexible and able to squeeze our project into his schedule without too much wait time. We had him install kitchen butcher block countertops and tile backsplash. The update looks amazing. (See pics) His open and transparent communication and response times were very much appreciated; refreshing in general. He completed the project on-time and tidied up after himself. (I’ve had other folks leave a mess.). His handyman skill’s and professionalism are unmatched, you can’t go wrong with him. :) We’ll use him again when we have other repairs or projects to complete. Tim saved my business in a very vulnerable time. We had a major robbery and Tim was able to work with me and help my office feel safe again.
