He only guarantees his work for 30 days, almost all guarantee their craft for a year. There are reasons for this. He installs sub par equipment and expects one to pay him for continuing to work on the units. He has been to the house 4 times and still hasn’t guaranteed the issue is resolved. For the Winston,KO area’s there are much better choices than River City. I do not Recommend. And response to your warranty comment. I called American Standard they asked if the first time it was low on freon if you ran a dye and checked the system and it’s obvious you didn’t, Because the compressor burned up. It leaked the freon out and burned up. They Ultimately said you didn’t respond properly after the original complaint. So I can’t argue with the labor for 195 but 400 for freon will never get paid.

I just started using River City, I am impressed with the customer service, quality, explanation of issues, and explanation of plans to fix what was wrong. Nothing was with held from me in discovery of issues, problems I may have in the future, course of actions I may need to look at later on, and the course of actions taken or may need to take to fix any and all said issues. The attitude and character of river city is like having your own family who are professional HVAC technicians working or your system. The prices are reasonable and completely fair. They love US Veterans, and take care of them. The level of honesty, and attention to deal was second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone, and will use them for all me HVAC needs. Used River City twice and was pleased both times. They were quick to respond and fix my AC issues at a reasonable price.

Apparently this guy makes his money on service call fees and not actually fixing anything. Had to get someone else to do what he said he did and didn’t. Would not recommend

Always friendly and on time. Quick to solve the problem and knowledgable about upgrades. I wont use anyone else.
