RIVER CITY LOCK SERVICE

I run an Airbnb in Readstown and twice I have had to call this business in an emergency when my locking system failed and I had guests arriving shortly. Scott dropped what he was doing and took care of my problem quickly and averted having to cancel a reservation at the last moment! So pleasant to deal with and really knows his trade. He is a knight in shining armor in my book and I recommend his services highly!!

Im the Manager at the Pines Motel, I called Scott last Minute to help me with changing all of my locks on the entire building. Not only was he very helpful with explaining things to me, very reasonable with prices, and quick to get the job done, he was just a very enjoyable person to talk to and due buisness with. We Will use River City Lock Service, from this point forward

Locked my keys in a work vehicle outside of Aldi in Prairie du Chien. I called River City Lock Service, and even though Scott had a doctor's appointment to get to, he came right away. From the time I made my call, to the time I was back on my route, took about 45 minutes. Never did I expect a response and fix that quickly, and the service was friendly and professional from start to finish. I'm a hospital lab courier on a deadline, so this experience definitely made my week!

My wife locked herself out of the house with all the keys inside. She called me at work in a panic. One of those hot 98 degree days this week. I called River City Lock Service and he answered right away and told me to tell her to find shade and he’d be there within 10 minutes. He got there earlier than that and had her in the house within 10-15 minutes. Great guy, super sweet and the rate was very affordable! Hopefully I won’t have to use him again lol but I’m glad he’s here if we need him!

We called with an emergency lock-out on a Sunday morning and although we didn’t end up needing service, they were so kind and helpful! We so appreciate how generous they were in trouble-shooting, thank you so much!
