Bad business. We ordered 10yards of concrete and only dropped half The driver expects our company to leave his shoot clean while he leaves the concrete getting rock hard. The guy was busy on his phone not paying attention to the fact that the shoot was full of cement. Now we couldn’t get the concrete out because the concrete got hard. They left with half a truck

Total UNFRIENDLY customer service. Tried ordering for delivery & they only want cash on the spot. I tried asking about payment options but he kept over-talking me & could finish a sentence. Went with ALAMO CONCRETE, they were very nice people. river City accepts No credit card, no debit card, no checks, no cashiers check. CASH ONLY SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.

Despite the reviews. I had a good experience rates are reasonable, they were available the same day and were able to accommodate my order. Thank you. Highly recommend

As I read all the past reviews I noticed every poor rating was due to "PUNCTUALITY" we still gave them a chance and order. We understand that traffic-or road accidents are something inevitable to the drivers and company. However, they arrived on time and our experience was truly pleasant. Great price as well since we did 90% of our backyard. Recommend to anyone who is doing A HUGE TRUCK!

They are not good at all they had bad service their pum had no diesel and one of there readymix trucks had the same issue no diesel
