I highly recommend River City Roofing after working with them for our roof and gutter replacement. Jamie is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. The roofers detected some unforseen damage once they got into our replacement and Jamie and his crew were great with sending pictures and clearly explaining our options and next steps to ensure we had a complete and safe repair. After a hail storm we called River City to inspect our roof. While they didn’t find any hail damage they did identify a warranty issue that needed to be addressed. They helped take the samples and get all the paperwork in order to get it covered by the manufacturer. Last week they replaced the roof and took extreme care of our property to protect the sections of standing seam metal roofing as well as our backyard landscaping and pool. The crew was courteous and professional and left the area clean when they finished up. It’s been a great experience working with them and I’d recommend them to anyone.
