River City Roofing

Nice people. Fast service. Maybe a little too fast? Ultimately we just have a bad taste in our mouths. Feels like after we signed the dotted line, we got pushed through the conveyer belt with everyone else. Replaced our roof and gutters. Broke our outdoor bench that we bought last year. Their guys are fast but they’re bulls in a china shop. Left tar on our siding and a few shingles were sticking up and weren’t glued down all the way (pictured). We asked and were told that the roof was just “settling and they will go down in a few days.” It’s been a month and I still get mad when I look at the roof. They replaced our gutters but they threw away our gutter guards. They made a comment that they might be able to get get replaced early in the sales process but seems like they forgot. I’m just

They did a fantastic job working with our Insurance company to get the most possible from our claim. Their team who executed the work were professional, they did a great job putting up a beautiful new roof, and they cleaned up everything really well too! I felt my project manager Elizabeth I. Was very knowledgeable. She gave me different opinions within different price ranges, and when questioned gave opinions on color selection. She kept me updated on scheduling. The crew that came was large enough to remove the old shingles and new ones applied in one day. They told me which gutters needed to be replaced and which didn’t. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, but when I asked about gutter rain guards they were able to add them. They did a great job of cleaning up after they completed the job.

I recently had a fantastic experience with River City roofing. Logan came out to inspect our steel roof and they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They offered a free inspection and didn't push any unnecessary repairs on us. It's refreshing to find a company that prioritizes integrity and customer service.
