Most unreliable company, EVER! Don’t even think about doing business with this company. Does not do work, as promised, doesn’t return calls, as promised. After having some repairs done on my sprinkler system in September I asked if he had me on his list for sprinkler blowout. He assured me he did. During the month of October I waited for the call which never happened. I called and was told by someone else I was not on their schedule. Then I was told he remembered telling me he would do the blowout and I would be getting a call. Still no call! I had it done by someone else! I had to give one star but doesn’t even deserve that! Plenty of other companies out there. Go somewhere else! Update: Finally got a call and told him how disappointed I was with his service/lack of and I got it done els

No integrity. I hired them to do my fall clean up. They said they couldn't get everything due to the frost however there were piles of leaves on my patio they could have easily blown out but didn't, The bill was twice the amount I was quoted and they did half the work they quoted. They never came back after the first snow melted to finish the leaves they "couldn't get to" I called regarding the price and quality and I agreed due to hard times with covid last year for businesses that I would pay the full amount at that time and River City promised they would return in the Spring to do the job right. Today is May 26, they have twice said they'd be here and never came. I give up. I am so mad that I paid double the quote upfront for work that never got completed. I have turf in my back

Best business ever to have a sprinkler system installed and maintained. Jim and Jack are the best. My in-laws used them and this is our second home to be done by River City Sprinklers. Can't go wrong with RCS. I will use them again if I have to.

Jack and his team are one of a kind in what they do! Strongly recommend their services! It is always a pleasure doing business with this company because they bring quality to the table. Thank you Jack and your team!

This is worst experience my father has ever had with a sprinkler company. Jim took advantage of my 93 year old father by overcharging and delivering VERY poor work. To this day he is having trees & bushes die form a system that Jim was paid to enhance and improve. He had him out several times and it did not get fixed and it was as if my father was an inconvenience. Jim took advantage of a WWII Vet who is now fighting 2 strokes in his old age.
