Dean Coates was professional and thorough on a home inspection in July, 2025. In addition to a thorough report, he took the time to review his findings with us before leaving the site as there were safety issues we were unaware of. The home inspected was older and partially on pier and beam foundation as well as two wings on a slab foundation which presented a unique set of challenges. Despite a hot sunny day in July, Mr. Coates was not deterred from thoroughly checking out the attic or suiting up to go under the home. His report was released online within 24 hours. The thoroughness of his inspection enabled us to negotiate the selling price to our benefit. I wholeheartedly recommend Dean Coates for your home inspection.
