River Park Square Parking

Safe and secure parking for downtown Spokane needs, especially for a great price. Lots of levels to choose from with easily accessible elevators that take you directly throughout the mall.

The only thing I don't like is the requirement to pay inside the mall. I always forget and have to go back.

Youd think for 12 dollars in parking fees I could come back to my car without my car signaling me someone screwed with it. Absolute garbage to pay that high of a rate without better patrols and deterrents deployed. Just another FYIGM business.

We drove into the garage at 4:15pm for the evening. We left at 8:30pm. I figured we'd be charged $1.50 for 2 half hours until 5pm and then the $4 night rate for a total of $7. Wrong!!! The charge was $12. $1.50 for every 1/2 hour we were parked in the garage until the daily maximum of $12 was reached. How does this make any sense? One of the cashiers told us to park at 5:01pm and the charge is only $4 for the whole evening. We were charged $8 for 45 minutes of parking.

The garage itself is clean, covered and we'll thought out in terms of organization, but the fact that I could spend 4+ hours in your building and not get a discount or validation from any of the stores I shopped at is total trash. Especially since the places I shopped/ate were small local businesses. Very nice otherwise, but disappointing unless you want to shop the mega stores I guess.
