False advertisement saying it is a 24hr garage. My friends and I were almost stranded in NYC after being lied to by the attendant, who said we could come back any time to pick up the car. You are able to park for 24hrs - but the parking garage is closed from 1am-5/6/7/8am (whenever they feel like opening!). We were able to call the parking garage and after going back and fourth for five minutes, they finally sent someone to help us get our car. Wouldn’t recommended at all. Would give 0 stars if I could.
