River Region Contracting (RRC) just replaced our roof, and I could not be more pleased. I priced RRC against two other contractors, and RRC beat the closest one by over $1200. From the start, Todd Clark came to our home to discuss our needs and show us samples for us to choose from. Of the three contractors, Todd was the most professional, thorough, and detailed about the entire process from start to finish laying out his expectations to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. Upon awarding RRC the job, the communication with Todd, Brice, and Kess was first class through the entire process. Tear off and install of 52+ squares was completed in a day with very little work / cleanup on day 2. Very efficient work but more importantly, the quality of the work performed was EXC

Phenomenal quality of work and customer service! Pricing was also very competitive so all in all amazing value: Drew and the team removed old outdated gutters and installed new ones—they look fabulous and were installed perfectly. Drew also identified issues I was unaware of and he fixed those quickly and at very little cost. We have received multiple compliments on our new gutters not just from neighbors but also from other contractors. They always ask who installed those beautiful gutters?! We will definitely go with River Region again in the future.

From beginning to end, Todd and his team at River Region Contracting have been absolutely superb! They responded rapidly to our request for an inspection and then worked with our insurance company following a severe storm in Feb '25. The replacement of the entire roof was as smooth a process as you could ever imagine. Brice and the folks in the office were responsive, thorough and always available to answer our questions. There were no hidden costs or extras! The crew completed the work in a single day and left the yard, driveway and flowerbeds clean and in perfect shape. I had an appointment for someone to come out to do an inspection and estimate, this person kept changing the appointments and showing up on different days, he never made the schedule appointment, he was always talking on the phone when he came, I had an appointment for 9:00 on Tuesday, this person came to my home on Monday at 10:00, this is not an appointment when this person comes when ever he wants to, I called River Region and told her that this person was unreliable and not dependable at all, he can't keep appointments, I observed him smoking, and I told her that he was smoking, and I did not want this person smoking on top of my roof, it could cost a fire, she stated " we have insurance ".
