I locked my keys in my car and called River Region Locksmith. They showed up fast, were extremely professional, and had my vehicle unlocked in just a few minutes without any damage. Had an issue where my car key fell apart and I bought a blank from Amazon and brought it to this locksmith to get it cut. He moved over all the electronics and cut my key for a very good price. When I got home my car would not crank I then called them back (now their on call service because they were closed for normal business). A different locksmith told me to still come up to the building and he would check and make sure the chip in the key was fine. Once inspecting it he realized the original locksmith had scratched it and ruined it. They immediately took responsibility and got me an entire new chip with zero hassle on my end. Every employee I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. Mistakes happen and they fixed theirs. Highly recommend their service.

We came home and were locked out of our rv. Something had jammed in the locking mechanism and it would not open. We called multiple places and could get no help except from this company. When Jackson arrived he was willing to do whatever he could to help us. He finally had to drill the lock out. Luckily we had the old lock so we could replace it. He was also very professional and polite. Thanks for getting us into our rv. 5 stars+ for Jackson and this company!
