River Rock Pools

Chuck ordered my pool heater and got it delivered within 2 days. Just in time to get it installed the day before inspection! Thank you Chuck for your quick response and fast delivery!!

Mike & Chuck did a great job of designing and installing our pool. We've had it now for 3-years and continue to enjoy the quality work River Rock Pools delivered. We have experienced minor equipment issues which resulted in our LED lights (warrantied) and main pump motor being replaced. However, through the process Mike has been very responsive and patient. I would certainly recommend River Rock Pools.

Chuck and Mike built our pool in October 2017, Chuck is a good salesman and owner. So we chose him. Months after pool being built we started having issues so we called and Mike and Chuck to get a resolution. They resolved issues as they came up promptly. Chuck and Mike built a great pool. We have no complaints about our pool.

I highly recommend River Rock Pools! I will start off that we hired another pool company and halfway through they walked off our job... Extremely upset, I reach out to Chuck Blackman at River Rock Pools. He was so kind and patient with us walking through fixing the mess our previous contractor had created. Our pool was finished at the beginning of August. It was beautiful and what we had dreamed it would look like! Then came Harvey. We flooded so of course our pool had fish floating in it...Chuck called to check on us and once he found out we flooded he assured us not to worry. Between Chuck and Mike they came over 8 to 10 times, cleaning and getting the chemicals where they needed to be without accepting ANY payment! I could not believe the way they gave of themselves. Chuck designed our "spool" about 2 years ago. He did an amazing job and his work has stood the test of time so far. He was good about answering our questions and phone calls, as well as, giving us good and useful advice. We highly recommend using his company.
