River Roofing

River Roofing installed the roof on our new home (now 6 years old). At that time, they claimed to provide a warranty and stand behind their work. However, when a recent home inspection found several areas that needed repair (some work not being done correctly in the first place), and I tried to contact River Roofing, they have completely ghosted me. I must have left a minimum of 8 voicemails, and no replies. If you want a roof installed or repaired by someone that will stand behind their work, do not use River Roofing

Gentleman came to make repairs to the kitchen & bath vents that were not correctly installed when another company replaced our roof two years ago. He was prompt and prepared to do my work and my neighbor’s (who had the same issue). Price was very reasonable and we will be billed, which is most unusual. We liked his professional work and friendly demeanor as he worked with us and our neighbor. Totally worth the price and would definitely recommend this company to do your roofing.

Highly recommend River Roofing. Very professional and displayed the best customer service from beginning to end. My very steep roof is beautiful and cleanup and care of my landscaping was impressive. So nice to see employees who take pride in their work and are so respectful. You get what you pay for is so true! My home is my biggest investment and I do not need to worry now that I have my new roof. Thank you River!

Owner came on a Sat to look at the roof. Very nice, knowledgable man, having worked in roofing for 37 years . Sent a very detailed report on problem areas with much supportive information that we could understand . Worked with our tight timeframe even though Summer is a busy time for roofers . The company & owner came highly recommended to us, & we agree after meeting him, reading his report, & scheduling the work to be done. We also felt the bid was very fair.

What a great job River Roofing did for us. They stand by their workmanship and products they sell. We are extremely pleased with re-roof job they did for us two years ago. They are very conscientious, professional and thorough. The metal work they fabricate with flashing and drip edges is fantastic - we found out a roof system is a lot more than just the roofing material itself. We highly recommend River Roofing !
