I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by River St Heating company. My experience with them was marked by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of urgency. Firstly, I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and inspect my heating system, but they failed to show up. There was no communication or explanation for their absence, leaving me waiting and wondering what had happened. This lack of respect for my time and inconvenience is unacceptable. When I reached out to inquire about the missed appointment, the customer service representatives displayed a complete lack of urgency. They seemed indifferent to the fact that their technician had not shown up and did not offer an apology. It was as if my issue was of no importance to them. After a phone call to the of

River Street installed a new furnace for me a couple of years ago. Each year I have had to call them to fix the air conditioning at the beginning of the summer season since while the unit blows air, it does not cool the house. The unit is less than 3 years old and this has happened every year! To avoid being in an uncomfortably hot house for the first month of warm weather, I called them out early this year (April) to have a technician to take a look. The technician gave the unit a clean bill of health. Well today when it's going to be in the 80's the unit is not blowing sufficiently cool air. While I feel I have been patient with them, now I am going into a long weekend without adequate air conditioning and I cannot speak with any one and no one answered my email from yesterday to have a

The people that work here are amazing. I called with an issues and the replied fast and was out to fix with within 24 hour's. The are very knowledgeable, they gave me suggestions while there were here for issue's I was having with my hot water heater even tho that is not why they were here. Can't wait to use them in the future.

I needed a complete replacement for my AC system. An appointment was scheduled with a 4 hour window. The person called me 1 1/4 hours after the 4 hour window at 7:11 pm and asked if I would be home this evening. I told him No! I complained thru their voicemail the next day and received no response. Who would want to do business with a company such as this? I have read the response from River St. and have no record of any Text on that afternoon. No contact at all. Therefore someone is either lying or trying to weasel out of the unprofessional treatment. Beware of this Company.

The guys from River St. Heating and Cooling were very professional and fixed my heater without any issues. They also were very willing to answer my questions and explain any possible issues. Fully recommended.
