Parking is expensive and tight. For best results drive a compact or smaller vehicle some spots are good for a small SUV but maneuvering will be uncomfortably close. Nothing bigger. A pickup will probably end up with dings and dents

Pulled up at the parking lot around 12:50 on 9/15 to Grab a drink or two with some friends in the area. I pulled up and waited to be approached by a nasty employee. A African descent man began raising his voice at me and told me that i can not park here because he close at 2am.. it’s 12:50… i have a hour left. If i am paying you for a service why are you going back and forth with me about doing your job.. parking my car.. that I’m paying for?? He turned me away and mumbled that he will not be here at 2am. I had to respectfully tell that man please stop talking to me. Stop trying to justify not wanting to do your job. Close the gate then. The business close at 2am.. change the hours since your employee making his owe runs up. It’s very misleading. that man didn’t have to raise his voice at

Had a frustrating experience at River Street Garage in Hoboken. The attendant was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. Disappointing customer service in an otherwise convenient location.

Worst parking garage in all of Hoboken. Don’t park here they have booted my car twice when I paid BOTH times. The first time I paid online and then extended my parking and paid the full price plus an hour of overlap and I come to the garage one hour before my parking expires the next day to find a boot on my car. It took about 45 minutes to get the guy to take it off because he told me I didn’t pay when I had clear proof. The next time I had clear evidence of my MONTHLY PASS in my car and they booted my car again. Horrible service, then they fight with you to take it off after I’ve done nothing wrong. They will never get my business again. Awful business and rude people.

I have a monthly parking spot here, it's a very convenient location but a lot of the parking spots are odd-sized, either super shallow (right word? You can barely pull in) or with random obstacles. Easily the worst thing though is having to deal with the company for anything like changing a credit card number to canceling your account, because they do everything by paper and through mail or fax, or in person, so it's incredibly inconvenient.
