River Valley Appliance Repair

Terrible service. Does not answer multiple calls and messages. I have went weeks without a frig and we are 3 elderly women that have been living out of an ice chest! He told me how to call and get authorization from the company which the got on 12/22 and he hasn’t done anything yet. Still will not answer my calls or messages!

Never use this guy. Not reliable. Won't call you back. Warranty means nothing to him. Took my posting a review for him to tell me my part had been delivered. "Crazy" you are the one offering a service, your just not good at it!

I give this place an absolute 0/10. My parents hired them to come and fix their washer for $800!!! It was never fixed and this is how the guy left it. Told her that to “make it right” he would bring her a washer and dryer. Well, that was two weekends ago and no word from him.

Great appliance repair place. They came out to completely fix the incorrect work done by another company on my double oven. They were very fast with fair pricing to get my oven working again. I would highly recommend this place for all your appliance repair needs. Will was a really great guy, they kept in constant contact and now I'm ready to bake again. Thanks guys!

Will is the healer! He has repaired my dryer twice and my fridge three times. I’ve got some older appliances. When things fail, I call Will and he gets things up and running again.
