Rare for a plumbing company to be like this but here are the pros and cons of hiring River Valley Plumbing & Heating: PROS: ● On time - technician showed up on time as agreed. ● Friendly - from Amy, who answered the phone, to Dom who came and did the work at my house... it's like they have a "must be friendly" policy at work. ● Professional - they sent Dom. Need say more? OK I will... he's like the Wikipedia of plumbing, able to translate plumbing lingo to regular folk like myself. ● Honest - never tried to hide any problems with the repair, and upfront about the cost. ● Accountable - kept me informed of the repair as he went along, and how much it would cost at the end. ● Family owned - small town and well run company. CONS ● If you don't like any of the PROS (above) then don't contact

We hired them to take care of a on demand water heater system while knowledgeable at first they left a family with two kids waiting for two weeks with no hot water and then finally did the service and when the service was completed come home from work and it still was not working. And both adults in home tried to call and due to waiting so long and having to work and needing to shower and the showers not even working there are no return calls even the following day. This is unsatisfactory service for clients and especially after being put off and customers being patient after two weeks of no hot water it shows that they do not value their customers.

Hey Canon area, I had sump pup failure, water in my root cellar. Josh from River Valley plumbing came out and saved the day. His expertise was great but his coolness under an unforseen "ratty" situation was magic. To the sweet lady who answers the phone thank you for your kindness and perseverance . Pricing was fair, customer service, outstanding. Thank you so much!

River Valley Plumbing was at my home last September to repair a ruptured sprinkler system water pipe. They also added a separate PRV on the line. It was thirteen months later I discovered the PRV had failed. It was out of warranty by a mere 3 weeks, yet Corey at River Valley offered a compromise to replace the PRV at a cost of a service call, which was greatly appreciated. Corey and Amy were professional throughout, yet it was the plumber sent out (Greg) that was superior. Thank you.
