River’s Edge Painting, and Owner-Operator, Jake Johnson completed the painting of my home and pressure washing of my driveway, fences, and patio. From start to finish all work was of high quality and effectively completed. The cost proposal for the original work and a change to add painting of the soffits were all reasonable and acceptable without any need for negotiation or adjustments. Management of the project was excellent. Jake was always available, answer all calls, and address all of my concerns. His time, effort, and attention to my project ensured 100% satisfaction. Jake recently painted our house. He first pressure cleaned the house, re-caulked every vertical seam and joint of our Hardee board masonry horizontal siding and then applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. All at a price that was below our expected outlay. Perfect job, far exceeded our hoped for outcome. Jake is pleasant, polite, efficient and Professional.
